Elia1995 et. All, Version 1.4 was not always necessary, and at times as a step backwards. It plays fine even in 64bit Windows 10 without the patch. Just remember to use a DOS emulator if you're running 64bit OS.
Enjoy this great piece of childhood!! I lol'd the first time I heard the 'Da-na-na' dying sound after all these years. Almost as iconic as dying of dysentery.

I can't apply the patch; if you run it directly, it tells you that KEEN6.EXE is missing, on a closer look, the file is named 'KEEN6C.EXE', so I naturally renamed it, but afterwards, the patcher told me that KEEN6.EXE is an unknown version.
